Gonzales-Day recieves 2012 Creative Capital grant in Visual Arts to continue his Profiled series.

PROFILED is released by LACMA and is distributed by Art Catalogues. Its a limited edition artist's book and the deluxe version comes with a print! Read Avram Finkelstein's take in ARTWRIT, or Holly Meyers "in the Studio" from the Los Angeles Times. See Sharon Mizota's thoughtful review of "Profiled" at Las Cienegas Projects in the Los Angeles Times or Peter Frank's playful Haiku Review in the HuffPost. Works from the series were also included in "COLA 2011" at the Municipal Art Gallery (see Los Angeles Times review) or read Mark Feeney's review of the Tufts exhibition in The Boston Globe or William Owen in The Tufts Daily.
